For the past couple of years have been having difficulty with hands. Since using your product my pain has greatly decreased. Just one swipe is all I need. The smell is light and soothing.

I like Humble, but not sure it is effective in relieving pain and swelling

I really like this product and have used it for a few years. When I first discovered this product - it was in a roll up deodorant style tube. It was excellent. My body chemistry responds well to this blend.

They changed the packaging. I understand and appreciate environmental concerns. In many circumstances, I advocate for it. But I have nerve pain and issues with my hands. I cannot use the push up tube without help. Which means - I cannot rely on this product for pain relief.

I notified the company, and got the usual platitudes of "oh we will look into that". Which means - as a disabled person my needs were completely dismissed. I was told someone would get back to me - that never happened. I am currently experimenting with other products and once I find one that works just as well - I will discontinue my use of this product.

When you create a pain relief product - you might want to consider the needs of the community. It would not be far fetched to offer this in two containers - I do understand the hassle - but the current packaging is predicated on having fully functioning hands. I can only use this with assistance and even my husband has frustrating moments with the packaging.

So - great product for the able bodied person. But if you have any physical needs that create an issue with pushing up a package that is in a narrow tube - this is not the product, nor the company for you (or me).
